Please plan to arrive in time for the 7:00 am gate opening to give yourself enough time to set up, sign-on, and scrutineering.
MVTC crew will be at sign-on from 7:00 am to speed up the entry process.
Each group enjoys 5–6 × 15‑minute sessions across the day.
The timetable may shift slightly if we need to pause for incidents, so keep an ear on PA announcements, or come ask one of the MVTC crew for updates.

| 1:30 pm | Afternoon sessions — groups run in the same order: Red, Black, Orange, Green, Yellow |
| 3:50 pm | Final chequered flag, cool‑down lap |
| 4:10 pm | Pack‑up & recap on fun day |
